Most of our parts and products in our process uses jigs and fixtures to simplify complex process and increase productivity. To be able to meet dimension and high volume production requirement, we design and developed jigs for continuous improvement in our processing and inspection.
For new product development, we are capable of designing and fabricating the required jigs and fixtures. We can also fabricate jigs based on specifications required by customers with reasonable cost.
Our machines and equipments for jig making have very high accuracy capable of processing up to 0.005mm.
